None, US Army MOS are alphanumeric.  You must be referring to NEC 1420.

NEC 1420 Surface HF Communications System Maintenance Technician.

Or...The Marine MOS 1400s were phased out years ago, many years ago.  It was Basic Drafting, Surveying and Mapping Man

An Army MOS would have a 2 digit number, a letter, then another 2 digit number, Example 11B30.

I am assuming that you left out the letter, such as 14?20.

14 is the Army branch code for Air Defense Artillery.  The 20 designates the rank of the MOS.  20 is an E-5, or Sergeant.  

The missing letter would designate a specific speicaty the SGT would have within the Air Defense branch.

Army uses letters, then numbers.

only marine corps uses strictly numbers, and there is no MOS 1420 in the USMC. It gos from 1-13 and then jumps to 18.
