  5. About a year ago when they were changing the requirements for travel to and from Canada, Mexico, US Virgin Islands, etc., I read a statistic. I don't remember numbers, but I remember that it was a significant minority.

    I did not get my first passport until I was 15. My daughter got one at 6 weeks.
