I'm sure you can google it, but I guarantee the percentage isn't high. Personally I wouldn't become a jockey, as the job requires great risk....I'm not scared of riding horses, though I used to be, but at such a high speed, and riding such hotblooded fast horses, I don't think it's worth it.

In the US, I'd say probably less than one percent.
