What % of the world's vegetarians eat fish? ?

By definition, none.

But one survey a year ago or so found that 30% of those who initially claimed they are vegetarians later on admitted to eating fish AND/OR poultry on a regular basis. I will try to post the link when I find it again.

None of them. Vegetarians don't eat fish. Perhaps you are thinking of those vegetarian wannabe's who have coined the term pescatarian. If you are, then all of them I guess.

i don't know, but most of the "vegetarians" i know eat fish at least on occasion.
