What on her mind !? suggest plz.?

when i look at her ...she downs her gaze rather looking back ..

when i asked if she is struck some where while working ...she immediately left the room with a mobile in hand and saying ...she will be back .....

i am not getting any positive signs lately.....

how to tell her i care for her .....

she is my employee and i like her....i am single ....and guess she may be too....

her absents has stopped after my partner deducted her salary.

Well she seems to be avoiding you for some reason. Maybe she thinks that you shouldn't be together. Or maybe she is testing you.

i think she likes you.. some people are like that especially if you look at her in a diffrent way... try to talk to her privately or on the fone...  dnt try to talk to her at work, maybe she's not comfortable also talking to you in your workplace.

Well, I'm no physiologist or anything, but Ill try. If she wont look you directly in the eye, see if she does with other people. Maybe she does like you, and is embarrassed. I had a boyfriend like that once.

The best thing I could recommend, would be to ask her. Don't pressure her into answering, a lot of people, including me, would panic, and do something to lead the conversation away, and you'll never talk about it again.

Conclusion: Ask her! If she likes you, tell her you ;like her to. If not, then try and lead the conversation that way.
