I would change presidential terms. I would, like the Confederate Constitution, limit presidential terms to six years, but I would allow them to run again after a six-year period out of office. I would also allow the public to give a vote of no-confidence that could bring about a new election after a president had been in office for at least three years.

  1. It doesn't matter what you change.

Congress and the courts won't adhere to it, anyway.

  2. I don't want to change the Constitution as I believe the Founders pretty much got it right in the first place. I would just like to see the government from Congress to the Courts actually follow it as written. I am constantly in awe of how much foresight and understanding that these men actually possessed.
