K12 provides laptops. They are also a free program, which basically means they're just a public school online. But if you're okay with doing public school at home, check out www.k12.com (I think that's it. If not just google K12 homeschool program)

K12, Inc. curriculum is offered through many public school systems.  These are "public school at home"--not homeschool--programs, and they supply computers.  The link is below:

Nate, since you're in TX, you won't find any online programs that loan pc's or laptops.  TXVA is the only one, and it only goes to 8th grade.  Other K12 VA's and VSP's loan computers, but you're stuck in TX since there is no statewide, online high school.

they offered me a free computer, or laptop. but you have to return it once your done with school.

Nothing available to you, afaik. I've only ever heard of online public school programs making them available.

I'm assuming you already have a computer since you post frequently--why do you need another one? They don't actually GIVE you the computer--you usually have to give it back when you're done.
