What online store has the best and easiest return policy?

mainly for electronics and computer stuff in my case?

i went to fry's the other day (where i usually go) and their shelves were relatively bare ... i dunno if it has to do with the economy or what, but they only had maybe 6 pda's to choose from, 2 tablet pc's, no video glasses ... i could go on

but as we all know, you can get anything off the net, but i always have difficulty returning things i'm not satisfied with ... having to go to the post office, pay for more shipping and handling, wait for the online retailers response, mess with phone and/or emails etc

so what online company has the best and easiest return policy? if shopping at the normal stores must become so weird anyway?

Where I got my sprint pda phone was a website called letstalk.com they have great prices and good customer service.

Amazon seems to do pretty well... They send you a label when you purchase something that you just slap back on the shipping box, and make arrangements to return it on the website.

Well a good online store for consumer electronics is Buy.com they have a phenomenal return policy. They ship everything faster than they say it will take, they will take anything back if its their fault and they took back a product that I was unhappy with. So I would suggest buy.com They also have free shipping on alot of their items. But if you are looking for a simple return I would sugest a store like best buy or circut city where you can take the item back to a store, Its easyer that way but still easy at buy.com

i was gonna say overstock till i read your needed electroics... but their shipping fee is 2 dollars and change no matter what the order !

If you pick an online store that also has locations in your town, a lot of times you can just return items to the store.  (Also, sometimes when you buy things they will ship to the store and you go pick it up there and don't have to pay a shipping charge.)  I think that Circuit City and Best Buy might allow returns to the store...check out their websites!
