  1. Start with the simpler ones first.  The skill, balance, strength and flexibility you develop in you leg, hip, and lower back while learning and practicing those will better prepare you for the more difficult ones to follow.  I would learn them in that order that you have there except learn the side kick before the hook kick.

  2. Whatever is the easiest, and then move on to harder ones(in your opinion).

  3. Hi.

The order that you have them in is actually pretty good but I'll make a few modifications for you.

    1. Front Kick

    2. Side Kick

    3. Reverse Side Kick

    4. Roundhouse Kick

    5. Reverse Roundhouse

    6. Inside Crescent

    7. Outside Crescent

    8. Hook Kick

    9. Reverse Hook Kick

    10. Spin Outside Crescent

    11. Sweep

    12. Front Sweep

    13. Back Sweep

    14. Jump Front Kick

    15. Jump Side Kick

    16. Jump Hook Kick

    17. Jump Split Kick

    18. Tornado Kick

    19. Flying Side Kick

    20. Flying Split Scissor Kick

    21. Hyper Pop 360

I would also suggest a few additional kicks:  Back Kick, Ax Kick, Frond Kick Back Kick (one followed by the other with the same leg), Jumping Front Kick Back Kick, Spin Side kick, Spin Back Kick, Chicken Kick, Chicken Roundhouse Kick, Split Scissor Kick (using your arms for support on the ground before trying to 'fly' with this one), Jump Spin Outside Crescent, Jump Spin Back Kick, Spin Ax Kick, Southern Butterfly Kick (jump spin Outside Crescent followed by an Inside Crescent all in one jump), Northern Butterfly Kick (this one is hard to describe, you jump and keep your body horizontal, face down, the kicks are similar to a roundhouse with your lead leg and a hook kick with the other as you spin).

    In order:

    1. Front Kick

    2. Back Kick

    3. Front Kick Back Kick

    4. Side Kick

    5. Reverse Side Kick

    6. Roundhouse Kick

    7. Reverse Roundhouse

    8. Inside Crescent

    9. Outside Crescent

    10. Ax Kick

    11. Chicken Kick

    12. Chicken Roundhouse

    13. Hook Kick

    14. Reverse Hook Kick

    15. Spin Side kick

    16. Spin Outside Crescent

    17. Spin Back Kick

    18. Spin Ax Kick

    19. Sweep

    20. Front Sweep

    21. Back Sweep

    22. Jump Front Kick

    23. Jump Side Kick

    24. Jump Hook Kick

    25. Jump Front Kick Back Kick

    26. Jump Split Kick

    27. Jump Spin Back Kick

    28. Jump Spin Outside Crescent

    29. Tornado Kick

    30. Southern Butterfly Kick

    31. Flying Side Kick

    32. Split Scissor Kick

    33. Flying Split Scissor Kick

    34. Northern Butterfly Kick

    35. Hyper Pop 360

And the list could go on :P

    Hope this helps :)
