What order do you set the valve clearance on a rover mini 1275cc?

Hi. My dad's stuck on doing this job. He wonders if anyone could help with the setting order E.G open 6, set 1...etc. He knows the method, He's just stuck on which one(s) have to be open to set the others, if it matters. He has been told to set at 12 fowl all the way through. Thank you.

i actually find it best to rotate the engine and set all of them at tdc on the compression stroke of the cylinders
