Question:

What order should i work out in?

i was wondering if it was better to do 3 sets(or how many ever) in a row with 1 minute breaks in between of like reps of 10 for example or if you should do biceps for 1 set then pullups for a set then military press for a set then back to bicep for set 2 so u can keep going like that for an example not necessarily those excersizes in that order or those at all

  1. generally you want to stick to major body parts first with compound exercises then move to isolation exercises.  larger muscles require more energy and heavier loads


  2. ok first of all work ur different muscles on different days

    for example, work arms 1 day, legs the next, abs the next, cardio next, etc. but in diff. order or sumn

    and if u goin 2 do the reps and sets put shorter resting times in between but if u do more reps then it can change it as well

  3. Dont take 1 min breaks for only 10 reps, take 1 min breaks if your doing drop sets, or forced negatives.

    I also suggest you group your workouts by day, such as back and biceps one day, chest and triceps, legs and calves, etc.
