You can apply for a post doctoral position here at research universities or private bio med firms.  I don't think you can immediately get a green card, you have to go through the same process as any other foreign workers here, i.e. apply for optional practical training, then an H1B then proceed to get an adjustment of status for permanent residency. In your case, if you apply at a university you may qualify for an F-1 or M-1 status, during that period you can ask your employer to petition your adjustment of status.

Did you complete it in the USA?  If not you'll have to start all over after you get here.  Look at large, urban medical centers.
