Are veggies more likely to have certain polical leanings, own allotments, be teachers, drive JCBs, own pets, like Cold Play...
That sort of thing.
This is not to "generalise" vegetarians, I'm just interested in which other topics interest them, the increased interest in Esperanto is proven, so its not generalisation.
The more seemingly unrelated topics the better ;-)
I assume that the Esperanto connection comes from the fact that Esperanto speakers tend to be from A-B social classes, have left-of-centre politics and are free thinkers - all those groups tend to have a higher veggie population ( by survey, not guesswork ) than national averages.
so, where have you come across more vegetarians than you would have normally expected ?
