Question:

What other healthy foods should I eat in order to get around 200-300g of protein per day?

I already know lean meats, but I'm confused about what other foods I should eat.

  1. I've always been taught  that nuts,cheese,peanut butter are all high in protien so i'd add some of them in to your diet ive also heard soy is high in protien


  2. egg whites! they are awesome. There are also things like beans, and peanut butter, but those have high fat and/or carbohydrates.  Talapia (a fish) is fairly inexpensive and is nearly all protein.


  3. supplemants like powder to put in ur drinks and protein bars and ive heard its good for bodybuilders to eat hard boiled eggs and only eat the white part not the yellow

  4. tuna is very high in protein and is low in fat. thats why i like it

  5. milk got protein--I don't like milk so I eat plenty of yogurt(32oz. or more a day)
