  1. ooo i got one! babysitting! hey another one! babysitting! and look a different one, doin extra chores or mowing ppls lawn for the extra money like i do!

  2. A lot of jobs are jobs that people don't even know they need done.

Set a price per hour for your services, and put up a sign in the grocery store or flyers in mailboxes, offering to do anything that you think you can handle.

    Suggestions are:

    Mowing lawns

Caring for pets/watering gardens while people are on vacation

Gardening (older people might hire you to do the heavy work like digging or weeding)

    Pool cleaning / maintenance

    Walking the dog

Cleaning out garages, attics or basements

Sitting with a frail elderly or disabled person while their primary carer gets a break

    Tutoring

    Washing windows

    Light housecleaning

Selling other people's junk for them on eBay

    Ironing

    Washing cars

What are you good at? What do you like doing?

Almost anything you can think of, people will pay you to do.

Make sure you are able to offer references if they ask for them. Good people to be your references are your school counsellor, church pastor, or an aunt or uncle who own a small business in town.

All you really need is one client because once you prove you can do a good job for them (work hard, be reliable, be punctual, be honest, don't complain), word of mouth will kick in and they will tell their friends and family about you.

    Good luck!

  3. nothing really.

    child labor laws.

  4. legally none... in most states you need to be at least 14 to work, but then you need to find the few places that will hire a 14 year old.

  5. about the only things u can do at this age is ... have ur parents & relatives (or even neighbors WITH UR PARENTS PERMISSION) give u some money for running errands, washing their cars, helping cleaning their home, bbsitting, etc... you'd be surprised of all the money u can make from collecting $5 here, $10 over there... u can also ask ur parents for $10 to get u signed up for selling AVON (or any other catalog sales), u can learn to make jewelry & sale it for a couple of bucks... idk if there's a "Joann Fabric Store" in ur area but they have jewelry kits & classes (also books) that teach how to do it... if you wanna earn money... u can!... GOOD LUCK TO YOU... :)

  6. I have a friend who's 12 year old daughter goes to several elderly people's houses and waters their plants and feeds their dogs.  She loves it and they pay her for it.  She plays with the dogs for a while too.  It's teaching her independence and kindness.

  7. NONE. How many stinking times do we have to say this? You CANNOT legally get a job until you are 16!

  8. sell weed

  9. Hey im 13 and i dogsit.  which is like babysitting but u usually do it while the "parents" are on vacation and u take care of a dog.  lol  i get payed like $10 a day. and i also walkdogs.  u can also water plants and bring in ur neighbors mail while they are on vacation.  GOOD LUCK
