Try this one. It is very friendly environment. they have very nice and fine sea food(but not expensive), nice Italian pasta with sea food and pizza.

There's NEPTUNE'S COVE on 4020 Finch Ave. East., Scarborough ON.

416 221-7766. They are at Kennedy and Finch (NE corner).

They used to be at Bayview Village Shopping Centre long time ago and they did well there. Us Torontonians also know that Bayview Village Shopping Centre is a very nice upscale mall. Not sure about the prices at Neptune's but then again, seafood restaurants are not cheap.
