Question:

What other sport can i do to help my running?

I love running! But...I would love do other sports to help it! Well running comes down in my fam and i just want to b a great runner for my fam! Right now im in the top 5 girl runners but..Barely.. PLEASE HELP!

  1. play soccer regularly........itll help alot,increase ur stamina aswell


  2. If you are looking for another sport to participate in that doesn't have the hard impact of running, swimming would be great. It is a complete body workout and would help build leg strength. Water Polo would be a great sport also.  Bike riding or cycling will also help build leg strength. Anything that strengthens your legs or your core are going to be your best bet.

    If you aren't able to find a sport, here are some other activities that can help running. Yoga is great for flexibility and stretching. Light weight lifting can help increase blood flow and speed up your metabolism. If you strengthen your core and back it will also help with posture.
