  4. I'd say basketball like playing defense would be like playing cornerback or sticking to ur man and rebounding would be like a WR/DB fighting for the ball when it's in the air..

  5. swimming cuz it works ur arms and legs its a good work out and it could get u fast

  6. Cross Country will give you major endurance

    Basketball will give you that extra jumping ability

    If your a quarterback baseball will help you with your arm

    And if your a kicker/punter soccer will help you.

    oh and volleyball also increases your jumping ability and gives you extra shoulder power.
