What other suggestions would you have for getting referrals?

Hi there! I found this great website, http://greenerearth08.blogspot.com/ and I wanted to find a way that I could get more referrals to it. It has the potential to be a big money maker, if I just could get some ideas?

It lacks a focus on any particular topic and as a result it will not rank high for any particular search terms. There's no potential here. But if you decide to focus on a topic, determine the search terms needed to rank high for and implement an SEO strategy around those terms, it may just have potential.
