What other systems/organs does the Brain work with?

It works with all actually since it tracks down anything happening in the body. But perhaps what you are trying to find is that the brain must gather its information from the environment through the sensory organs. Eyes "see" only in as much as the brain can give a meaning to the effects that light has on those specific cells that conform the optical system. Same with the others.

The nervous system will transmit information from the sensory organs to the brain but it is the brain that can inform the body of what is that the body must do in face of that information.
