  1. always a smile on your face

  2. The more positive you are the more peace you will have!  If you can see the positive side even though the negative is there, the peace you will have! In truth the negative also helps us learn ,and if it does it now becomes positive!  It is all a journey and through our perception this is the key!

    Cheers!

  3. Be in the present moment. If you are not present you are not fully living, but partially dead inside. When you turn your mind's attention toward the present moment... you are experiencing life to it's fullest.

  4. true contentment is in your perception f life if you percieve life as stressful than it will be so, but if you percieve yourself having inner peace and contentment then it will be so. The human mind is very powerful

  5. There's no philosophy behind it at all. If you want peace of mind try this.

Be completely and utterly comfortable NOT knowing why we're here...how we got here or where we're going. It doesn't matter, none of us live long anyways so enjoy it while it's here because in all honestly no one..ABSOLUTELY NO ONE knows for sure 150% what happens, or what it's all for. So accept that...and move on with your happy life. And if it's not happy...make it happy.

  6. The phrase "every cloud has a silver lining" comes to mind:

That eventually there is an end to this insane madness, an end to the miserable suffering, the painful existence  -- so I could finally rest in peace for good, but not yet while I am still having fun. :)

  7. Objectivism.
