What outside objects could I use to make these?

All there is outside are trees, flowers, acorns, pine cones, and clovers.

there might be some other stuff if I look for it.

You might want to look at different craft and nature books (or websites) to give you some more ideas on how to use the things you have.  I thought you might also benefit by looking up articles on flower/plant drying techniques. There is one below:
