What over the counter facial cleaner is best? ?

i'm currently using shiseido.... they work perfectly for me..

but since i'm going to run out of it anytime soon,, i've got myself neutrogena.. ^^

I use Aveeno foaming face cleanser.  it's the one with the bright green pump.

I have had sensitive skin all my life.  4 years ago i started using this... and i love it.  it totally calms my skin down and i don't break out or get rashes as much.

also... remember to wash your face with COOL water.  not cold, not hot... just cool water.  even in the shower... make washing your face the last thing you do.... turn the hot water lower and make the water cool to your tolerance and wash your face.  the hot water will worsen break-outs and your skin in general.

the cool water will also energize you in general... i'm sure you have those mornings where you feel that you can fall asleep in the shower!!!! ending the shower w some cool water will totally energize you!

the Aveeno face wash is like $6.99 or $7.99 (i never remember).  but it's realllllly good!!

For a regular daily cleanser I really like St. Ives Gentle Apricot Scrub or a Dove beauty bar. For exfoliation and smoothing out my skin from sun and acne damage I use Olay Regenerist Daily Thermal Mini Peel about 5 times a week. Other cleansers have never really worked for me because I have such sensitive skin.
