  1. Before you get anything, check out this book!

My dermatologist gave me a book she got off the internet. She told me to do as the book said.

So me and my girlfriends did it together and started school 8 days later w/great looking skin.

  2. The Clean and Clear line has worked well for me.  But, Proactive is much better and worth the money and hassel to order it.  Sometimes you can find Proactive at booths in the malls.  Good luck.

  3. well...honestly I've tried almost every pver the counter product and what I feel works the best is to first go to a spa to get a facial..usually they will tell you your type of skin..for example I thought I had oily skin but it turns out I have combination and had been getting the wrong products.Plus she told me to cut out alot of the soda and junk food to detox my body for at least a month and then slowly introduce them bac into my diet but, to not over do it again on the soda and snacks.  I've found the PLANTOGEN really seems to work. I use the cleanser and toner and then I use satin-bio oil for after using the plantogen products (helps get rid of postacne marks). This combo plus applying neutreugena spot treatment(only on the pimples i see coming) has helped my skin improve tremendously. I rarely get breakouts now.

  4. proactive worked for me, but everyone's skin is different.

  5. I've enjoyed Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Cream.  Good stuff!!!!
