In the book to kill a mockingbird the Quote "Climb into thier Skin" is spoken by Atticus. What page is it on? A little explanation of the quote wud be nice too please.

  2. Well, it's on page 30 for me, and I have this version of the book:

    The quote is:

    "You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view...until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

    Basically, it means that you can't judge someone until you know what they've been through and how they've personally experienced events. You can't judge someone without knowing where they're coming from.

  3. page number would depend on which version of the book you have.  i havent read the book in quite a while so im not 100% sure how he used it but i would take it to mean the same thing as to walk in someone elses shoes or basicly to see things in their point of view.  you climb into their skin ant try to see their out look.  its all about understanding other people and not judging essentially
