What paint to use for painting a bicycle?

do i just use regular wall a paint?

Use Spray paint I used it on my old bike and it doesnt come off    :-)

Depends.  Aluminum requires a special primer.  Steel doesn't.  If you have an old aluminum bike, remove the paint, roughen the finish with a Brillo pad, and have the look many new bikes are going to.
