What paperworks do Foreigners have to apply when marrying in the Philippines?

Any advice/tip is very much appreciated.

My cousin lives in Vancouver Canada (She's Canadian in citizenship).

Her husband is French. (Married in Canada)

They plan to RENEW THEIR VOWS in the Philippines.

What paperworks do they need?

please help.

  1. Oh, they need to get their :

    1)  Certificate of Eligibility to Marry from their own Embassy here.  

                But of course, they need to bring with them their:

    2)  Baptisimal Certificate with parish seal and marked " For Marriage Purposes",

    3)  Birth Certificate,

    4)  Confirmation Certificate with parish seal and marked " For Marriage Purposes",

    5)  Endorsement Letter from the Chancery wherein the church they desired is connected.  

    6)  Marriage license from Civil Registrar's Office;

    7)  Certificate of No Marriage from NSO for non civilly married);

    8)  Marriage Contract from NSO;  

    9)  Attendance of Pre-Counseling (depending on the date required by the parish)

    10) ID Pictures and residence certificates

    11) List of Primary Sponsors

    12) Canonical Interview with the priest

    Well, there are other requirements which you need to attend to before getting married here depending on where parish.  But the ones mentioned above are important.

  2. for renewal of vows in a roman catholic ceremony, they just need their marriage certificate issued from their parish.
