I concur - it looks like an Amazon parrot, most likely a Yellow-crowned Amazon.

I agree it looks like a puerto rican amazon! Before looking at that pic I would have thought it was a species of lorikeet, but I couldn't find any that were that colour green apart from some with a red beak :)
