What part do i need to replace on my motorcycle?

Hi i dropped my 1999 suzuki gsxf 600 motorcycle on the left side and put a hair line crack on the left side of the engine where it says(suzuki) and my oil leaked out, i dont know if its the crank case cover, some one give me some info.

  1. sounds like the stator cover.


  2. If you mean left side as you sit on it, it sounds like you alternator cover

    does it look like this?

    You may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere,,

    Ebay,,Bike Salvage Parts places,etc

    It's not hard to replace,,but it is full of oil.

    Change the Gasket when ya change the Cover
