A few toes at most. I'm already pretty well off, money isn't that important to me, so if i were to give up a few toes to win the lottery... i would then give all the money to world charities for starving kids that is lacking in essential necessities and education. i don;t mind suffering a little bit if it means that millions of people will suffer a little less.
