Varadero and Cayo Coco are nice beaches and the most popular amongst tourists.

I do prefer " Havana del Este playas" beaches

20-25 km east of Havana.

Cayo Guillermo beaches are stunning and quiet,Cayo Coco and Varadero have some really nice ones but they tend to get a little crowded at times.

INMHO  Varadero, Cayo Coco, Guardalavaca  or Trinidad.  I've been to Varadero, Cayo Coco, Guardalavaca and Trinidad.  Maybe it's a matter of personal preference but those two are really incredible.  Tinidad stands out because it's on the Caribbean coast whereas Varadero, Guaralavaca  and Cayo Coco are on theAtlantic.

varadero beach is rated one of the nicest beaches in the caribbean. I have personally been there and it is amazing. white sand, clear water. althought the water can be rough because it is on the northern coast.

Varadero Beach is the most famous ,but as long as it is on the north coast is fine ,as the best beaches are located on the north coast , south coast has the least ones ,mostly swampy ones.... on the north coast you can visit the north keys of Ciego de Avila, called CAYOS in spanish , try Cayo Guillermo , Cayo Largo , Cayo Romano , Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria

Cayo Coco is by far the best. The water is very clear and beautiful shades of turquoise and the sand is powdery white and so soft.

The resorts are beautiful...especially Tryp Cayo Coco. The water is so warm and calm all year round. I've had the best time at that beach over other beaches.

The Cayos (the keys) are simply paradise.
