  2. I'm pretty sure that there was no filming inside of Berghoff for the Dark Knight or Batman Begins...

    They definitely filmed near Berghoffs at LaSalle and Adams where the big truck flipping stunt was filmed.  Here's a filming location list from imdb.com...
