  2. the little twisty nob on your rear derailleur (gear changing mechanism at the rear of the bike)

  3. There is one at the end of the cable where it connects to the rear derailer. The one for the front derailer should be at the end of the cable where it enters the shifter or on a road bike sometimes on the front down tube.

  4. On a 2-stroke bike, the carburettor has a barrel which opens up to let the air/fuel mix into the engine, inside this barrel is a needle (which controls the fuel) with adjustment grooves. The barrel is covered by a s***w-cap with a (throttle) cable & a thru nut for adjustment of the barrel lift.
