Football game rules are very strict and I want to know that what part of the body cannot touch in football game?

No part of the hand or arm can touch the ball. The chest can be used to stop the ball and get better control of it prior to kicking. The head can be used to pass the ball on. And the top of the foot is actually the best part of the foot to use for controlled kicks. Many recreational players use their toes and that can cause some crazy kicks.
