  1. Your body will lose fat all over at the same time as it processes the body fat for fuel. You will notice significantly more tone and definition in your legs but they will not neccessarily shrink in size. That depends on how much "padding" you have there. Bicycling requires quite a bit a exertion by your quads, calves, hip flexors and glutes. The kind of exertion that builds muscle. From my experience, women cyclists have very taunt and s**y legs.


  2. Definitely your legs as far as slimming. Your cardio-vascular will benefit from the breathing and circulation.

  3. It's really self-evident. You work your legs and cardio system in general. Ride a bike and see for yourself.
