I love the Bavette but I have no idea what cut it is. Can I find it in the US?

  2. yeah you can find it in USA<, used to be regarded as close to scrap since it is loaded with fat which gives it the flavor, but now the white people caught on and it is 6 bucks a pound

  3. In the US, the equivalent cut of meat is called a "skirt steak."   It is pretty widely available.
