  1. the bone area between your thumb and wrist when you're looking at it from the side

  2. Well it depends on how you are forming your hands. If you make your hands into a dounut, then its the thumb bone and the other thumb bone. If your forming your hands into a professional formation, then its your palm. there are lots of ways to do it.

  3. It depends on what youre doing.

    1) Bumping: wrist, forearm area, for maximm power use bones of wrist

    2)Setting/Overhead pass: Fingertips, never palms

    3) Serving: Heel of the hand

    4) Spiking: Palm/Open hand

  4. Actually when spiking you should use the center of your palm to strike the ball, snap your wrist when making contact so that the ball can go straight down.

For your breakfast, eat healthy, with some protein, and carb, no fried food. Remember to bring "lots of" water and Propel to the try out.

  5. you want to hit through it when it comes in contact with your palm

  6. the part of the ball u strike is the bottom of the hand

  7. OK when you are returning you wont to put you hands in a fist OK now turn them around were the back side is facing you , keeping your hands in a fist place both thumbs side bye side  now be sure your fist and your fingers are touching, you see the bones before the thumbs that's what you return your serve with now when you are serving you wont to throw the ball up and now your hand in a fist, thumb to side of fist like an a in sign language hit the ball with the lower part of your hand on the bone that is visible, OK so you throw the ball up and hit it with the bone, now we've talked about serving and returning once you get that you are in there
