In theory leaves and buds. The thc content is so low (nearly none existent) it's not worth it. You'll just get a soar throat !

If your growing and you have both male and females, you want to get rid of the males as soon as they are identified, otherwise they will pollinate the females.

If pollinated the females will put all their energy into producing seeds and not thc.

Concentrate on growing females with no males.
