  1. I went on a cruise to the Bahamas in the Winter and it was great.  Although I'm living in Florida, it was really cold here last December.  I went to the Bahamas and escaped the cold for 5 whole days!  The weather was great there.

  2. It depends on where you are going.  If going to New England, it is great in May/June.  If going to Caribbean, then better avoid the hurricane season, although it will be cheaper during that time.  If going to Alaska, then better go during warmer months.  Sometimes they will skip certain port of call due to weather so it will be wise to do more research before booking.

  3. Cheapest is summer if you are going where it is hot.

  4. i think in the summer when its warm

  5. The best time to go is simple, when you can get the best price.  I have been on about 20 cruises so let me explain that.

Some cruise destinations are seasonal, like Alaska is mid-May through Mid-September ONLY and the best time to get the best price is may and September and also by booking very early, like 9 month or more in advance.

The cruise season for New England/Canada cruises is June through October and again the best time to go is when the price is best.  Cruises to the Baltic, Australia and South America are also seasonal.

Cruises to Mexico, the Bahamas and the Caribbean are good all year around except that you should stay away from the hurricane season in the Caribbean which is June through the end of October.  Its also hotter and more humid in the Caribbean during the summer but in the fall, spring and winter the weather and water is warm enough for you to enjoy all of the beach activities.  Mexico cruises are the same, nice weather outside the summer months.

If you are thinking best time for the Caribbean then November to June; outside the hurricane season.  Cruises to the Caribbean are full all year around so there is no season that you can go and have fewer passengers.

  6. Depends on where you go.

  7. i like going spring break!

  8. the summer time in my opinion

  9. usually you want to do it during the end of summer, it is the best time, at leat i think.

If you live where its cold go then... It'll be a nice change.

July and Aug are very hot in the Carribean

I like Nov, Feb, March, and April...

Summer time is NOT cheaper.. the cruise line raise thier rates because the kids are out of school.

  11. October,November ,December Because I have been on 20 cruises and it is very beautiful

  12. I have found May to be an excellent time, we  have taken 2 in May, one in the Easter Caribbean and one in the west . It is before hurricane season,so the weather is fantastic.  The kids are still in school (I take mine out...lol)so the ship isn't full of kids. The weather is  warm but not horribly hot like August ( trust me I have taken 2 in August, its hot). The seas are calm, Ive been in December and that was a rough trip, one port we couldnt even tender into becasue the seas were so high. Ive also gone in October and although the weather is usually pretty good you do run the risk of storms. Have fun

  13. depends, if you go to the carribean you should go in october because it is still warm but the tickets will be cheaper

  14. It depends. Do you mind having kids around? If not, go during the school year. If you're going to an exotic area, do you mind heat? If not, you can go during summer. If you can't tolerate the extreme heat, you should go during winter. It all depends on your needs. There's always a cruise to suit your needs!
