What part of town is Lakewood Amphitheater located?

Trying to find a hotel nearby to avoid having to drive to the venue for the Snoop Dogg/311 concert on 7/26/08

Lakewood is just south of town between the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and Turner Field. Word to the wise, you don't want any hotel you'd find near Lakewood. Its not exactly in the best part of town. I'd shoot for getting something in the heart of downtown Atlanta. It is a quick drive from there. Enjoy the show.
