  1. Heart and Lungs. Big benefit is you live longer.

  2. Cycling is one of the most demanding sports out there, just ask someone who has finish a long ride, a century or so, there is not a muscle that won’t hurt in their body.

I guess it will work all body, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, abs, legs, hands, feet, back, gluteus, etc.

  3. a lot more than anyone may think.

arms to keep you on the bars. abs and back to keep you stable on the bike so you are not struggling with pushing yourself, the obliques would also be apart of this too. you will feel it if you try to stay low (tuck) on your bike for as long as you can then you will know for sure.

  4. I've just got off my bike after a 20 mile slog and my lungs and heart have been working overtime, so it works your cardiovascular system.

  5. Along with Quads and hamstring, prob glutes too
