  1. It would depend on what you think of as funny. It's really a great tragedy with nothing funny in it at all, but I suppose some people might find the scenes with the witches funny. But you must read it and decide for yourself if you think so or not.


  2. It's not supposed to be a comedy, it's a tradgedy. Macbeth is consumed by greed and him and his wife turn into murderers...

    What's comical about that?

  3. um.. firstly it was a play not a book.

    And also nothings really funny about it.

    It's a brilliant story written by william shakespeare including things like betrayal and madness.
