I'm writting a paper and I wonder if I should start with an introduction and end with some conclusions, or if I could just write all I know about the subject concluding at the end of each section, without a general conclusion.

  1. Start with the latter as a way to get all of your thoughts out before you.  Then reread what you have written.  You may see some conclusions that seem to come out.  Then write an intro with the sectional conclusions worded in supporting the final conclusion.
