  1. i think all... mostly your legs, arms, shoulders, a little bit of your body...

  2. If you have good form, it works out almost all your muscles.  If you're serious about tennis, your muscle development will come from your cross training - weight lifting and running especially.  If you play a LOT, your forearm and your calves will see the most definition.  Good form is more important than big strong muscles.  That's why you see some juniors hit the ball with such power and finesse.

  3. ALL YOUR MUSCLES

Especially the core.  Even though some professionals don't have 6-pack abs, they have to use their core for every shot.  Your serve is going across your core while every other shot does too.  Other than that, it works every muscle in your body.

  4. the biceps and legs --- just look at serena williams.

  5. The parts of the body that tennis works out are your shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, calves, quads, glutes, and back muscles. These are the main muscles, but tennis works out pretty much every muscle in your body depending on how hard you work out and how long you are on the court. I have been playing for ten years 4 hour practices a day, and when i get done with a hard match i am always sore in a different place because you are always gaining muscle depending upon the situation you are put in while on the court.

  6. i have been playing 4 7 years.... arm muscles, thigh muscles, abs slightly, but mainly ur calve muscles...they'll get really big over time

  7. Tennis definitely works out the vocal chords. Check out on this one:
