What parts of the ostrich are usable?

Like if you killed one, what would you be able to use their dead bodies for?

You can sell the feathers for decorative purposes, or for dusters.  You can make leather out of their legs.  You can eat the eggs like you would a chicken egg, and if you get the inside out with small enough holes, you can even sell the shell; you can eat the meat like you would beef.  You can use the organs for feed for different animals.  You can use pretty much 100 % of the bird.
