What pattern would appear if a double slit diffraction had two holes instead?

I thought it would be a circle, but now im thinking it would be the same as for two slits?

the intensity of the spots may drop quite a bit. it will start to give you a sort of grid pattern.

you can shine a laser through a fine mesh and you'll get a grid of spots, with decreasing intensity away from the center.
