  1. A Sharpie permanent marker.

  2. The best pen for coloring a golf ball are Sharpie Permant Magic Marker's......they come in Super Points and Fine Points and different colors.  You can find them at Walmart, Target or most Drug Store Chains. Office Supplies carry them too.

  3. Sharpies are rubbish.

    I use WORKLINE

Its by a company called WILSON

I mark any new balls with it, I have been using my current ball for around 25/30 rounds (5/6 Weeks) and it still looks like i marked it yesterday.

  4. I always use sharpie. It works best, my best friend uses it too and she won state so she knows what shes doing.

  5. they will all fade eventually but sharpie works and lasts for a long time

  6. I use a Sharpie and it lasts longer than I keep any golf ball. You are doing well if this is a problem to you, congratulations for keeping a ball so long!

  7. Definitly a sharpie permanent marker...Anything else will just fade away, but the sharpie will last until u lose the golf ball ;)

It is what all the professionals use to mark their balls as well

  8. All permanent markers will fade, unless you get some clear paint and spray it over (too much work in my opinion) so just stick with sharpies and redo them every time they fade.

  9. SHARPIE, I have tried almost evrything in all weather condition and sharpie works the best.  The fine tip ones do make it easier to mark te ball if you just use dots though

  10. i always use a sharpie. Im a Miami Hurricane fan so i use orange and green marks on my balls. There is no limit to what you can put on your ball as long as you can recongize its your ball.

  11. Any permanent ink marker pen will do the trick just as well I suppose. I do it this way myself and the colour remains intact after so many rounds of golf; no problem!

  12. Sharpie medium point, no doubt about it. Congratulations on not losing many balls and wearing off you marks!

  13. I can never keep ONE golf ball long enough for any kind of marker to show fading, but I do use the garden variety sharpie.

However, my mother swears by marking her golf balls with fingernail polish.
