  1. If I were Nascar, I'd give JPM like 10 points, 5 grand and a steak dinner.

  2. On Nascar Now they said there will be no more penalties!!!!!

  3. I think they said no further penalties would be taken..

  4. They should make JPM sit for a race. Maybe that would get his attention. I'm no fan of Shrub, but that was a lame "I'm bad" crappy move.

JPM better keep his eye on his rear view mirror.

  5. i hope they dock points from both

    that will help our boy

  6. I don't think there will be any. In the race report at NASCAR.com they were talking about Juan being fined two laps and in parenthesis it said "It is likely no further action will take place, according to NASCAR." If I were making the decisions at NASCAR I would put him on some kind of probation, though, because Kyle isn't the first guy he has wrecked (maybe the first under caution), and won't be the last. Kyle just happens to be the most hated driver in NASCAR right now, and for once everybody thinks what Juan did was ok. It did help to make the race a little more exciting, however. Kyle will get em back next week...the win that is.

  7. None, according to NASCAR, it's over.... Should it happen again, I can see some points and money changing hands...

  8. No fines. It was pissed off caution laps. How much better can it get?

  9. JPM should be sitting for a race he has been warned and warned many times about  his aggressiveness during yellow flags

  10. I read that there would be no more penalties.

  11. No further penalties. I'm surprised Juan was penalized. Hamlin wasn't for doing the exact same thing in Nationwide to Keselowski.

The only difference was Juan told the truth. I guess he learned a lesson about that. Next time he will lie like the rest of them.

  12. thats the only penalty the deals over with till next week

  13. Busch won't get penalized for anything... JPM will be docked points and fined, and put on proby

  14. i doubt much more will come of it, other than possibly a probationary period for jpm. he received the two lap penalty already because what he did was spin a driver, which could have caused damage to more drivers than just himself and busch - the two people involved.

in the hamlin-keselowski incident, both keselowski and junior only tapped from denny from behind (very common), and hamlin, although out of line, only put himself and keselowski in harm's way - mainly keselowski.  as many analysts have said in a "tongue-in-cheek" way, keselowski is even "partly to blame" in getting his left front fender bent in as the last a driver should do after bumping someone you've been battling with is pull up next to him and give him a chance to retaliate.  he may bump someone from behind again, but you can bet he won't pull up next to him and give'em a chance to hit back.

    ;-)

  15. Winter Glory accurately reported what was reported. All is done thats going to be done. Case closed...
