from what i gather from your question I think you asking: "What do you people, study when you are in the 7th grade?" and by "you people" which is slightly insulting I think you mean American's? If this is true you usually start a language that you forget a year out of high school, algebra, social studies which is an introduction to the regions and religions of the world not to mention a random assortment of electives like band, gym, art, woodshop, computer class, and whos kissing who behind the bleachers. But seriously in the US education is handled on a state level and its completly different from state to state.
