What people search websites offer Paypal as a payment option when a person wants to buy records on someone?

Awhile back I was on a people search website and saw a special offer for basic records on the person I was seeking information about.

I saw that Paypal was a payment option to buy those records and thought I had bookmarked the page. I have been unable to find the bookmarked page and would like to know if anyone knows the name of the site or any other people search site that offers Paypal as a payment option.

most of them do now but if i print it out yahoo will send me a V-Notice......

http://www.v1g.org uses paypal. I sent you a mail telling you this but ill post for others. The site has dozens of accurate records, and is half the price of other sites. Really, really a fun site to use :)
